How to Make Luv & Yum Protein Pancakes

For 8–10 pancakes: Combine 2 cups Luv & Yum Protein Pancake Mix with 1
mashed banana and 1½ cups water, or milk of your choice.

1 daily serving is 1-1/2 pancakes prepared following these directions.

To Make Pancakes:

Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium heat. We recommend using ghee or coconut oil.
Scoop about ¼ cup of batter for each pancake onto the hot pan. Cook on medium
heat for 1.5–2 minutes per side. Serve with your favorite toppings like butter, maple
syrup, or fresh fruit.

Pro Tips: Try adding sliced bananas or berries to your pancake before flipping for
extra yum. For extra fluffy pancakes, substitute water with coconut cream and dilute
with water until the desired consistency is reached.

To Make Waffles:

Grease and heat waffle iron. Add prepared batter and cook according to waffle iron
instructions or until waffles are golden brown. 

Serve with your choice of toppings.
