HOW LONG DO YOUR PRODUCTS LAST (SHELF LIFE)?
Our products have a shelf life of 18 months from time of production.

Why are your products more expensive?
At Luv&Yum we pride ourselves with using only the most highly curated and top quality ingredients, never cutting corners. We believe that what you choose to put in your body is one of the most important daily decisions we make. Therefore our price reflects this mission.
Are your mixes AIP complaint?
Great question! The original mix is 100% AIP compliant and the protein mix is Phase 2 AIP compliant.
What exactly are tigernuts?
Despite the name, tiger nuts aren’t nuts at all—they’re small underground tubers with a naturally mild, slightly sweet flavor, often compared to almond and coconut. When ground into flour, they create baked goods that are rich and satisfying without added sugars. Tiger nuts are naturally nut-free, grain-free, gluten-free, and legume-free, making them a thoughtful choice for those seeking simpler, allergen-conscious ingredients. We love them as a whole-food foundation that helps our mixes taste great and feel just as good.
IN THE KITCHEN
What do I need to add to the mix?
Both Luv&Yum mixes call for a fresh banana and water! That’s it! Refer to the instructions on the back of the package for further information.
Do I have to mix in a fresh banana when I’m making the mix?
While the banana adds extra YUM its not imperative. Just increase the amount of water to the desired consistency.
Can I replace the water with milk?
Absolutely! Any milk of your choice. Try using coconut cream its delicious!
What should I use to grease the pan?
We recommend healthy choices like coconut oil , ghee or butter but its entirely up to you.
Can I make waffles using the mix too?
Absolutely. Our waffles are every bit as delicious as the pancakes. Just cook the batter in a waffle iron following the waffle iron instructions or until golden brown. Serve with your choice of toppings.

Can I return a product?
Do to the nature of our products being food items, we can not provide refunds or accept returns. With any questions or concerns email us at hello@luvandyum.com. Our customer experience is top priority.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to 161 international destinations worldwide, including select territories and regions serviced by our shipping partners.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Orders placed before 1pm CST typically ship same day. Depending on where you live, standard ground shipping is 3-7 business days or 2 day express will arrive in 2-3 days.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
How does the subscription service work?
Luv&Yum subscriptions are available on all of our products. Once you sign up, you will be billed and automatically shipped the product of your selection on a monthly basis.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes! You can cancel anytime but ideally a week before the auto ship date. If you need help email our support team at hello@luvandyum.com
Can I edit, change or pause my subscription?
