Born at Home — Not in a Boardroom.
After a family member was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition, as part of the wellness journey we started the Autoimmune Protocol (AIP) which requires a very strict elimination diet, and does not allow wheat, gluten, nuts, grains, dairy, etc. It was a struggle to find compliant foods and recipes.
So I set out to create a delicious and nourishing comfort food recipe using simple, organic ingredients to support them during a challenging time. I did not know that it would quickly become a family favorite!
